Jasmine has worked dynamically with individuals and groups within the community and has supported behaviour change, while helping clients to recognise their personal qualities and attributes.

Throughout her time working in private practice, Jasmine has supported many clients to make lasting changes to improve their quality of life. She has felt honoured to be a part of their therapeutic journey, when clients have displayed courage when addressing areas of their lives that have felt stuck and which have contributed to their distress. Jasmine helps her clients to understand their triggers and frustrations and helps clients to recognise any unhelpful patterns that may be contributing to their mental health challenges.
